Yes I worked during both of my pregnancy and my first trimester I was so tired all the time. If I could get away with it I would nap for a bit as soon as I got home from work. It is normal and it will get better take your vitamins that will help you too.

Well, the rest is very welcoming. I'm in my 7th week, so far I've been ok with the tiredness, not too much of it, my doc says that you can go through without any tiredness at all!

This is totally normal. You are expected to be most tired during your first trimester and last month or so of your pregnancy. First trimester because you have to make more blood, create the amniosac, placenta, and develop most of the Central nervous system framework during the first three months. after 3rd month, you will get more energy.

Good luck

well I was drop dead exhausted with both pregnancies. Thats the first thing I really notices that prompted me to take the test!!Morning sickness was also big in my 2nd but not my first! Every pregnancy is different so don't rely on what others have experienced.

In some cases fatigue during pregnancy is caused by iron-deficiency anemia. If that's the case with you, your doctor may recommend that you take iron supplementss, which can help restore energy. Taking supplements on your own is not a good idea during pregnaancy. You should always get your doctor's okay.

soreness isn't basically linked with harm or ailment. The soreness of hard artwork is brought about by using a muscle it is doing no longer uncomplicated artwork, basically like in the journey that your legs began burning in case you ran a marathon. there is complicated physique shape in touch on WHY it hurts, inspite of the undeniable fact that it has to do with the muscle utilising up the oxygen and utilising a diverse style of skill to do the artwork, and that different style of skill ends up in a byproduct referred to as lactic acid, which irritates muscle fibers which your recommendations interprets as soreness. And while the toddler is being born, your physique certainly has a organic mechanism for numbing the soreness linked with crowning. while toddler's head crowns, definite, it burns for some moments, however the longer that head is compressing those tissues, the nerves deaden because of the shortcoming of blood bypass and that they go numb. So nature is conscious what it truly is doing.

Pregnancy is definetly different for everyone, and each pregnancy is different than another one you could have. With my first baby I was SOOO flippin tired all the time but with my second baby I wasn't so much.

Don't get hung up on it - I had hardly any symptoms early on in my first pregnancy, and found it hard to believe it was really happening. Make the most of feeling OK while you can, and just look forward to that first scan.
