i guess whip-its are out these days so maybe we will go thru the drive thru at mcdonalds and order those 20 or 30 hashbrowns like we've wanted to do for so long.

I spend money on some nice rain gear & umbrella so that I can go for a walk in the rain & enjoy the blissful feeling.

Depends on wheter you are cold, wet, shivering, hungry etc, It also depends on the time between rain and hence how much you can and have saved.
Don't spend it all at once or all on one. The rain may last longer than you think!!! Cold and shivering gives may to hunger and food.
