In your own words, define "validity" and "accuracy". What is the difference?

Validity - refers to something being valid, therefore still within the accepted parameters (i.e. time, relevance)

Accuracy - refers to distace from target (i.e. distance from bulls eye) sometimes the "bulls eye" can be a recolection of events.

So there is the difference: Validity has acceptable margins for error, Accuracy refers to the actual amount of error.

Accuracy - a measure how well a gun aims, or a descriptor of how similar results are to the true value when performing the same experiment repeatedly.

Validity - The truthfulness of a statement or how relevant a study is.

Accuracy is related with the working of a particular product or service,

Where as validity is the time period of that service or product which will remain accurate.

Accuracy
1. The ability of a measurement to match the actual value of the quantity being measured.

Let me answer your first question , difference between and satisfaction and happiness Satisfaction --------------------- The act of satisfying, or the state of being satisfied; gratification of desire; contentment in possession and enjoyment; repose of mind resulting from compliance with its desires or demands. "The mind having a power to suspend the execution and satisfaction of any of its desires. Happiness ___________ Finding happiness is like finding yourself. You don't find happiness, you make happiness. You choose happiness. Self-actualization is a process of discovering who you are, who you want to be and paving the way to happiness by doing what brings YOU the most meaning and contentment to your life over the long run. Second question : Both are essential to lead a peaceful life Third question : How is peace linked to them ? Ans :Theoritically the more you are satisfied , the more you feel happy , the more you are happy the more you are releaved from all the troubles, the more you are releaved the more you will be peaceful. accurate is correctness .Where as validity means for example if one has designed some thing in order to see it works well test it which is called validation .

validity is sth which is still in effect and bona fide. accuracy is the correctness. i.e how close sth is near to perfection?
