Go to the police.

Usually first 4 digits tell you what type of card it is, not what company its from, Cards that begin w/ a 4 are visas & 5 is mastercard.

You need to pull a copy of your credit report, it will show the contact info for each company you have accounts with. You may not be happy with what you find out though!

Sounds like you are a victim of identity theft. Immediately call your local police department and file a report for identity theft, then once you have the police report, call all three credit bureaus and tell them to put a freeze on your credit report information. You will probably need to fax the police report documents to the credit agencies.
