Hello KK--This is a normal sensation. Some of the bundle of nerves for orgasm are the same to indicate urination to your brain. Don't worry. Most men have this sensation at some time. Not likely you will have an accident.

I think it's not rare or unusual... Some of my boyfriends "had to go" after ejaculation too...
I thinks it's ok as long as orgasm comes first :)
But if it seems to you that your problem is beyond ordinary men problems, why don't you go to see a doctor? Even if it's not a pleasant thing, I guess it's not incurable.

Trying peeing before you start your sexual pleasures. I've heard about this but it is normal, nothing to worry about.
