Some men (although rare) can have an orgasm from prostate stimulus alone, but most will need to stimulate the genitals at the same time to reach climax. The first thing is to know where the prostate is (2-3 inches inside the anus, and up) and to focus on stimulating that, rather than thrust long objects deep into the colon.
