I had the same problem! Its your internet browser. You can download a new one called mozilla firefox or flock.
Its the same as internet explorer but its just faster and easy-to-use.

It sounds like a virus or malware or something you've done to obstruct IE perhaps even corrupting a file.

I would suggest using System Restore if you have an OS older than Windows 98. This will let you reset the system back to a time earlier than when the problem began - maybe you added a plug-in at that time. Going to Start - Help - will lead you through the process.

If that doesn't help, it may be worth trying another freeware browser such as Firefox or Opera or the really free Niche Browser (link below). If this works then you know it's just IE that has the problem. Of course, you'll need to download this from another computer and send the saved file to yourself by email. Does your email work?

If IE lasts for a while before shutting off then check for spyware or browser hijacking. There are lots of products out there. AdAware is good. If you want to check if spyware is the problem then there are some that give free scans of your computer to identify problems (links below).

I hope this helps and that you sort out the problem soon. And that IE lasted long enough for you to read this far :)

First, clean up your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.

Next, I'd run a spyware checker like SpyBot or Ad-Aware.

If that's okay, check to see if you installed a Java SDK. IE shuts off if it doesn't run the Microsoft Java VM. Some web sites run Java in the background and this would cause IE to shut down.

If you still have the problem, then try repairing IE. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Find IE from the list and select. Click Uninstall. A prompt will come up, select Repair. Be sure to select Repair! Afterwards, you should be prompted to restart your PC.

If this does not work, click Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information. When the window opens, click Tools > Windows > File System Verification. Then click Start. If Windows finds any corrupt files it will let you know.

I‘ve general ur problem. that's because there is something incorrect with ur IE browser. Ccleaner is a registry purifier, notwithstanding it in simple terms has undemanding freshen up. BHO can help u. BHO stands for Browser Helper merchandise. A BHO is an upload-in application for internet Explorer. once you take advantage of IE (internet Explorer), it is going to load all BHOs on your gadget immediately. some BHOs are valid and facilitate some cool purposes to IE, yet there are also some BHOs that are spyware or secret agent ware( copied from Registry simple) Registry simple has this function BHO manager.

If your Internet Explorer keeps shutting down by itself then you know that it has encountered a problem or you are being monitored by a spyware. So what u will do is to call your Internet Service Provider and they will sort you out.

If it is at regular intervals it is a settings problem.
You need to access your modem settings and fiddle around in there. Mine was set to close every 30 minutes and I was almost bald before someone told me where to look for it!
