i guess it should be about the learning concepts for electronical education,but what does "R & D" stand for?and whats its role?

R&D is research and Development. t is not just linked to Science and Engineering but to all the feilds that human society dabbles in.

Research and Development. Its all about the doing a research on a particular area and developing new technology on that. it could be any area. For example many of the commercial companies have a department called R&D in which they trydo research and develop new technology which will the best among other. U can take some medicine company who do research for medicines for the disease, which will act in better manner than the existing one.
