We do not know what fear you suffer from so it is very hard to give you good advice.
BUT...
First need to identify the fears that you have.
Then try to understand the cause of those fears.
Example ( If you are afraid of door knobs. Cause: As a child you may have been hit in the head with one when someone opened the door.)

Then learn that you are past that and even though you may not like what ever caused your fear it is over and done with a long time ago.

I hope this helps.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

You need to list the positives in your life and about yourself. You are a worthy, and I'm sure, intelligent person. Tell yourself you can do anything and you will. Have faith in yourself. You are the only one looking out for your well-being and your future. Think about what you fear and then set out to conquer it. You may fail, but pick yourself up and start over again, you will succeed.

Just decide to do it and do just that! Have more self confidence, fear is something we created for ourselves and they are stumbling blocks/obstacles to what we want to achieve. It's a mental thing. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. None but YOURSELF can free your mind.
