ok here's the deal.....if something precious like your dignity in involved, i'd say yes.
If you would be risking your position just to get a last word in, it's not worth it trust me......

I would not reccommend that. My boss is perfectionist too and I learned how to do things in the office according his way. The good thing is that I am a details-are-everything kind of person so, I did not mind that much when I realized that he wants everything to be perfect.
If you are not that kind of person, don't argue. It is better to have a calm conversation and try to find a solution that will keep both of you happy.

No, this will only lead to more "head butting" between the two of you and sorry to say, you will come out the loser, just for the fact that the other person IS your boss.
I suggest going to the library and reading a few books on people managment. There are quite a few that deal with this very problem.

NO!!!! Your time belongs to him. Unless u can show him where he is in error, remember that USUALLY the boss is in his position because of his ability and knowledge of how to do the job. Here a
re two rules that it's always good to remember on the job; Rule #1-The boss is always right. Rule #2-Always refer to rule #1.
