If she has a better half who's operating over 16 hours a week she isn't entitled to benefit help. would not remember no matter if he "provides her money" for busfares or not. would not remember in the journey that they are married or not. If he's her better half, they stay mutually and he's operating in extra of 16 hours a week she can not get earnings help so if she's getting that she's committing fraud. If she has paid sufficient nationwide coverage Contributions she will be allowed to get Contributions-depending Jobseekers Allowance or disability benefit even with what her better half earns yet she would have had to be operating for a particular era of time and paying sufficient nationwide coverage contribs. If her better half earns £40,000 they would not get operating Tax credit, i'm not particular about newborn Tax credit, yet I doubt she'd be entitled to this both. anybody receives newborn benefit (£18 a week for the first newborn, £12 for next childrens) so thats ok. If she's getting earnings help or Tax credit even with the undeniable fact that she is committing fraud. human beings like that make me ill. My better half (we are not married both) is in ordinary words on minimum salary, he earns round £12,000 a year and that i'm at living house with our infant son. because he's operating over 16 hours a week (even even with the undeniable fact that he in ordinary words earns £5.50 in accordance to hour) i'm getting no advantages in any respect except a small volume of tax credit and my newborn benefit. we stay decrease than the poverty line because we are honest. i could pretend to be a unmarried mum and scam a lot from the DSS yet I have an ethical experience and it makes me ill the way some human beings lie and milk the equipment. They should be got here across out and get into worry. they're only thieves.
