the work between action and the opposit force the re-action in space where air too thin - and if some things get pushed it wount stpe. if I correct.

In open/outside the gravitational force, the atoms are wide apart, as I recall... and magnetism seems not to exist ... but there are still atoms... thereby, eventually the 'something' will be stopped by this atoms and will be waiting for any gravitational force to move again.
The saying also says about the resting stages of the objects where everything on it is equal.
