take the LONG WAY! i just heard that advice today. man was i angry. i mean, come on, she told me to take the long way simply because it was the tried and tested method, not because she understood what they (it was a class activity on symbolic logic) were doing. urghh. i hate it when people BLINDLY follow the majority.

I'm a teacher. I was told going in to be sensitive to the students' needs. I was told, "There's no such thing as a stupid question."
Believe me, there are plenty of stupid questions.
