Loneliness is what makes people cry themselves to sleep, whereas boredom and unfulfilled horniness can be solved in numerous ways, such as masturbation or picking up a hobby. Easy and viable solutions.

Loneliness, conversely, has no solution. The only "solution" would be to feel loved, but you can't make yourself feel loved. Even when you're surrounded by people whom love you dearly, feeling lonely is still possible.
