Think your only option would be going to the passport office. Take some sandwiches, it will be a long day - good luck!

Go to the link below for more info, but the quickest way is to make an appointment and go directly to your nearest Passport Office with the required form, fee, old passport, etc., and the Passport will be issued directly to you. Online sounds good, but still eventually involves the use of the postal service.

PThe poostal service will not get to you in time, so get on down to the passport office. My nearest is in Victoria, London but there are another few I think. You will have to pay a premium for the quick application processing, but just make sure you bring all the correct documents with you, as if you travel a long way to get to the office you will be royally narked if you don't have them. The best time to try to go is later on in the afternoon (as everyone expects it to be really busy go they try to get there before everyone else in the morning!). Phone through as you sometimes have to make an appointment. I just turned up but if they are busy you will just be turned away.

You HAVE to make an appointment to go to the passport office. You can't just turn up there any more. There are several dotted around the UK - find your nearest and call them. You've got enough time, so don't worry, although you might be best to make that call today. Enjoy your travels ...

if you get a form from the post office, i believe it has details on it how to get it checked by post office staff (for a small fee) and you can make an appointment with the passport office and drive there with the application forms.
