That's a good question.
I'd define it as ensuring that things are where they should be in
relation to everything else around them.
To make all things relevant to each other.
To put it another way: It means to judge the importance of one thing
in relation to other things.

To try to see the bigger picture. For example in the big sceme of things something you think is bad that have happened to you might not be so bad after all. That is trying to have a different perspective on things

It means show how important it is (or how unimportant it is) and in what way. If I lose my car keys and someone else loses their car, that puts my loss in perspective.
