No man no. The people of USA may be good and well educated.
Its may be good country. But as an asian-indian for you Indian your own country is best to live. You will need your immediate relations like father, mother, sister, brother, etc. don't live without them. And you know onething? Americans are racists. They are educated idiots.

Hey man, Maybe my answer will be disappointing but I 've been thinking the same way few years ago. It was my dream to come and live in the states and did everything possible to get there. I've spent 1 year (legally) and I wasn't happy there at all... The real life differs from what you see in the movies.. I don't say it's bad or something, but it's different. It took me 1 year to realize and come back to my home country... There is nothing better than home... (by the way, at the moment I work in a different country again) hehehe! THink twice! and good luck to you!

If it makes you happy go for it. Come to the U.S. and become a citizen. It's your life and eventually you are going to have to live it. If you feel it's in your best interest to leave your homeland then go for it. If you can't live without the support of your family then maybe you should stay put. Life it tough and only you can decide what is best for you. But it's possible to become an American citizen with a little work and determination. There are a lot harder things to do.

If you meet immigration requirements you can live anywhere. And you do not need to forget anyone. You can travel to visit them.
But India has by far more movie productions than the US. Thus, if your interest is Hollywood style movies, I suggest you advance in education with something like software design applied to film and movie productions. With a good background you may be able to try to participate in US productions.

As long as you are not a Muslim...why not? Come on over and live your dream!!..."IF" you can get a VISA! Declaring that type of intention might be a negative factor.
BUT if you are Muslim you can just unpack your bags right now...Hollywood is also know as "Kosher Valley" and it's a No-Muslim land! A Muslim might be as welcome as the Locusts in the Baku Valley. Just some helpful hints!
Good Luck...Go for it !

anyone who wants to be here is welcome in my book. i'm sure leaving your relatives behind will be hard, but you can visit them and they can visit you. go on, get a visa... or better yet, come over on a passport and check it out in person before you make your decision - a passport is far easier to get than a visa... then you can decide to go through all the work for a visa!
