No all first time do sex will be bleeding but some will do.
In vagina of girl is "hymen" - a thin membrane do lie between external part of vagina and internal part
at first time do sex sometimes hymen be torn and will be bleeding

Not always, but the reason why that most do is because there is a piece of skin across the vagina called the hymen that once ruptured, bleeds. It can also stretch or rupture while doing sports like horseback riding or gymnastics or other things like that. So first time sex may or may not make you bleed. The definition of a virigin is someone who has not had sex, so this piece of skin is irrelevant as far as that goes.
