Most definitely. The Chromosomes of the mother meet the Chromosomes of the father at the very moment of conception. That unique recombination of DNA will remain from that moment, until the person dies -- never changing. Every bit of your DNA was made at the very moment of your conception; and you will have it till you pass away.
