It is painless, round, movable and firm and occurs most frequently in women under 25 years of age. It is uncommon in women over the age of 40. Fibroadenomas are affected by fluctuating levels of oestrogen and may lactate (produce milk) during pregnancy.

Cause
Fibroadenomas are believed to be caused by higher than usual circulating levels of oestrogen. The average Fibroadenoma grows to a diameter of 1 to 1.5 cm, staying this size until shrinking with the onset of menopause when oestrogen levels in a woman's body drop significantly.

Its a lump in breast.Its not dangerous at all.Have it removed surgically.The scar will diminish with growing time.
