What is she like and what does she look like?

When I lived at home with my parents, it was always my mum. We were a predominantly female household (even the pets are female!!) She is a strong woman with a strong personality, without being bossy or overpowering. She is tall, with curly hair, and apart from that, she looks very much like me.
In my house now, I am the "alpha female" - I broke the family mould by having a son (it hadn't happened for generations!!) I learnt a lot from my mum about being strong and firm. At the office, although my boss is the one with the money, I am the "alpha" because I have the studies and the nerve. He does tend to be the background man when we are with clients. And I look - surprisingly enough - just like my avatar!!
Oops, I think I got chatty on that answer, too.. I hope you don't disapprove. It's just you are one of the only people who asks worthwile questions on this thing!

This is a strange question, Sun. I will try to answer it.
I would consider myself to be an "alpha" personality, in that I can be quite bossy, I like to be in control of (most!) things, am quite competitive, a bit of a perfectionist, like things done properly, am rather impatient, admire competence etc. At home, everything gets done on time, and I suppose I have fairly high standards. I have the same high standards with my work. I am conscientious.
However, I am by no means the most "alpha" female at work. Goodness, there are some sharp and forceful women in school senior management. Maybe that's how they got there, or maybe that's how they have to be to survive.
As for looks, they are all different. There isn't really one look for an alpha female. The most ruthless woman I know is tall and blonde, but that's just a coincidence I'm sure...

ME! I have the power to only be an alpha female! Even my friends emulate me and want to be like me! They all say I am a leader, and my friends follow me around like I'm some kind of a star or something! Why? I have no damn idea!! I keep asking them: What's so great about being (me) ? They keep saying they don't know, but think I'm cool and want to be me! I've told them they are all crazy, and they just laugh and say: COOL!!! I don't get it !!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter is the alpha female in the family. Because she's the ONLY female in the family.

me, I work over 80 hrs per week, and take care of the house and tell everyone what they need to do for everything to flow smoothly... it's hard! At work couldn't tell you I keep to myself too big of a company and not in school anymore...

i dont know about alpha female, but i run everything in my house?? i run the dishwasher , the vaccum, the washer, the stove. yes i am large and in charge ha!

She is six foot six and has long ginger hair with loads of twigs stuck in it, her favourite outfit is a torn hessian sack and she carries a huge mallet with nails sticking out of it. Her name, apparently is 'UG'. I have got no idea why everyone does what she says!
