it's going to make your nipple stick out more. If you're ok with your nipple poking through your T-shirts and having one makes you happy then go for it. You'll probably get more attention from guys though...

Go for it!
At the end of the day it might hurt a little, but its a less permanent way of changing your look. If all else fails you can take it out :)

Yes, to answer the unasked, it hurts...period. It's sore for a number of weeks later. Still, that's only temporary. IMHO, worth the patience.
