To be honest i have never slept that much o_º

I know that our body and mind need it in order for proper functioning. When we are too tired we easily become overwhelmed by things, our perception of problems is altered and we become stressed by events or chores that could be tackled with minimum difficulty if our energies were in balance. Memory will be detrimentally affected as a tired mind will not have the ability to focus and stay still long enough to assimilate information effectively. All this increases our stress levels and stress has been scientifically proven to delay and disrupt wound healing.
