I only wants to make girls as a friend. But after sometimes they proposed to me. They treat my talking sense in other way. Actually i always talk very frankly. Therefor girls think i am interested in them. But when they proposed to me, i always say "No". This hurts the girl as well as me also. What to do?

OK the answer lies in basic psychology of men and women. Men : its difficult for guys to stick to one and they think of sex all the time. Women : They can be won by talking nice things, looks hardly matters. They dont trust easily but once they trust you, you become v important to them. They like guys who are caring, honest and talkative. They seek security very early in a relationship.
Now coming to your problem, you cant have smoke without fire. As per my understanding, you are very open with them and flirt openly and they like it immensely and start taking you seriously, if there is nobody in their life already.
My solution to you would be " get into a steady relationship asap" or dont flirt if you are not serious and girl is not so 'open minded'

Sounds like you are not talking frankly enough soon enough. Women are also really attracted to guys who want to be platonic. But are you really not courting a female mate?
That is okay too. Let them know that you are not ready to settle down.
And if you are gay, that is all more the reason to be frank with them.
If you can just be friends that is probably a greater accomplishment than being romantic with every girl you meet.

people tend to want what they can't have and are sometimes turned on by the challenge.
If your question is sincere, and not meant to be cocky, I understand what you are asking. Are you truly being honest with these girls or do you hide things or other relationships you have from said girl? Do you lead them on unintentionally? Do you keep these girls close to you because you might benefit from having them around. I personally hate having a guy friend that ends up wanting more than you are willing to give, and once you have established a relationship and care about them it makes it harder to disappointment knowing that you are responsible for breaking there heart. But if you sincerely do care about them, it might be easier for them in the long run if you distance yourself from her. Don't let her buy you things and do things for you knowing that they will do anything for you just to keep you around. That's not only selfish, it's cruel. Ask yourself this, if there wasn't something you could get from them would they still be your "friend"?
One more thing......keep in mind depending on the mental stability of this/these girls, you being nice to them could be misinterpreted by a desparate girl just looking for any reason to hang on to hope that you may change your mind..Don't take advantage of a weeker sole....what comes around goes around..put yourself in there shoes

I appreciate you that you are not a flurt and understand the feelings of others too. i think that its a natural thing means this attraction bcz girls r soft hearted. so take it lightly.
And as a solution I think you should be honest on your side and whenever u start friendship with a girl then tell her as a friend that what do u think about her and sh will definitely understand ur prob. In this way u can spare by hearting others can enjoy their friendship.

1st of all you cant avoid them theyre gonna be throughout your
life 2nd of all you cant help being so dam attractive the best thing
you can do at this point is stick with one girl you really like/love
then you wont have to reject her. if it hurts you alot to
keep sayin "no" then stick with a girl you love and when she
propose to you you will have no problem saying yes.

go into a relationship knowing that it's not meant to be long term and let them know that... that will definatly reduce that amount of women willing to date you. And if you really want to avoid us, there is only a small amount of women that are attracted to the wino on the corner ;-)

How previous are you? some teenage women in elementary terms pick what seems sturdy to them and sounds sturdy to them.
