It won't affect your milk unless you don't include the proper diet. You should be getting plenty of liquids, especially water. Lots of healthy foods and avoid salt when you can. Weight loss won't take away from the milk, but a poor diet can.

I breastfed both of mine and never had any problems with milk supply when I exercised.

I walked everywhere whilst breastfeeding my daughter, there never was a problem with it affecting my milk supply.
Just don't go overboard with the whole exercising thing- take the time to enjoy your baby too.

You should be fine. It won't affect the milk and it's not so much that it will exhaust you. Just be careful about what you wear and nurse before walking. You may still have some breast tenderness but it shouldn't be a huge problem.

It won't effect it at all! The only real backfire effect is you are walking with "loaded" breasts.

Expect some leakage. If you have the energy to walk twice a day, (let alone the time), all power to you!

that sounds fine if you feel healthy and not always tired. And what is it that you are not sure it will effect? It should not effect your milk supply if you are drinking plenty of water. Being dehydrated can effect your milk supply.
