He is a quality player with slag in his form recently. The selectors didn't give him enough chances, see how many were given to Kaif and Sehwag, and may be that is because of his petty disputes with Greg Chappel. He had a better chance to prove is skills in county cricket but, luckless, he didn't cash on that.
In the present scenario, I don't see any remote chance of he being called back to the indian side. I, though, personally think that he is, atleast, better than Mohmmad Kaif. You can't help it with the dirty politics of India.

nicely, the importance of Saurav Ganguly is that he's the worst 0.33 grade participant that i have ever come throughout! he's by no skill worth being a Captain of the crew as to his overall performance isn't worth that a captain calls for & his duty in direction of the crew lacks! no not at all he must not come back for the cricket team
he is a waste player and he has no chance of being selected again coz there are many young players and also experienced players like raul dravid and so on .and so surely nooooooo chance

Saurav is an excellent player but the Indian team are looking pretty good and settled...I dont think there is a place for him.........
