it depends on if you wand to build strength or if you want to tone muscle. I would deecide on that first. One thing i would tell you is dont work the same muscle groups day after day and dont lift sore. this will greatly increase the liklihood of injury

30-35 minutes Eliptical (incorrect spelling)
20 minutes Threadmill (run/jog/walk uphill)
15 minutes Threadclimber (combination of eliptical & threadmill)
Some light (15-30lbs) weightlifting. 2 sets. 15 each set.


Oh , and sometimes i go to the sauna for 10 mins too.

jog on the treadmill for 1 hr. ,stretch then lift some weights

my best advice..is go to a personal trainer..and just tell him what you want to loose & where you want to loose it, and he'll let ya know what you need to do.
