"wasted" is a correct statement here. or is it waste of talent? They can't even send a team to the SEA-games due to bickering within the PBA and the organization body of basketball in Philipines. How people are going to notice them?

Filipinos generally do not have the height, and the aggressiveness, that the NBA players have. Because of their upbringing in the Phils, they still carry meekness which translates to not having self confidence. One needs to be really self-confident, and outstanding in the sport, and tall just like the Chinese NBA players.

Probably because of their height. But I know there are some good players out there and they're Filipino! They'd have to be really good to get into the NBA if they're short.

You know why? Because Filipino players are the best. Their are just wasn’t able to join the NBA because their good and only to play in the Philippines!!!

i have many filipino friends (im not filipino myself) including best friends and they are good at basketball.
it will just take time but sooner or later one will play in the nba, just give it time.

the 2 stars in the Filipinio leagues are just shooters who can't get shots off vs tall players
asians in the nba include yao ming, mo ke, wang zhuzhu, tyrone lue, yi jianlin, sean chen
