Mean how? If they abuse you then you can report or sue.
Does your boss also have a boss - you could send an anonymous letter to them explaining the situation.
If your boss is not doing anything illegal then find another job - but make sure no one at your current work finds out what youre doing because if your current boss finds out hell make life hell for you.

try to avoid him ..dont be rude to him, but only talk to him when it is neccesary. avodiing conflict at the work place is hard, but trust me, you dont want his meaness to affect your income. dont let nobody mess with your money.
