There is (believe it or not!) a condition called Restless Legs Syndrome (some people with CFS/ME get it, although I don't think that is the problem in your case unless you have other symptoms!).... Google it to find out more? It can be cured/subsided through nutrition and relaxation techniques I think.
Many Blessings to you :-)

RLS?? Restless Leg Syndrome? That's a possibility but check out the following:
Sleep Apnea. If you're overweight this is likely. The airway closes while sleeping. It's a collapse of the soft tissue at the back of the throat. Imagine blowing through a paper straw. They collapse when you do. However if you inhale through the straw it maintains it's shape.
With apnea, I stop breathing several times an hour (40 to 60 times an hour).
If the body can't breathe it tries to reposition itself. Usually by moving the legs first. (Causes soreness) and having your stage 4 rem sleep interrupted all the time you never really feel rested. Do you feel drowsy or tired all the time?
This can also cause a whole host of other problems. If you suspect this, get it treated. You'll be amazed at how much quality of life improves with just a little solid sleep.
Either way see a doctor. They'll be able to find out what's causing it and what to do about it. The Neuropathy isn't likely unless you've been a diabetic for more than 8 to 10 years and have out of control blood sugar.

It's the "jimmylegs". Are you really seeking medical advice from random people on the internet who haven't even examined you or performed any tests??? SEE A DOCTOR!!! Could be anything from nothing to a symptom of something serious.

I would make an appointment to see your family physician. Maybe you could obtain a referral to see a neurologist?!

yes, i believe you have too much energy. that comes either from eating too much in the evening, drinking coffee or something that contains caffeine or the fact that you didn't do nothing all day.
