Where do they need to apply for visa, if it is in person or they can apply online?Is neccesery for group of 25 people to apply for 25 visas or they can apply for group visa and if they can, where they can get the form and what is the process. How does invitation letter look like for a group of people? They are staying for a festival for a week to perform will they visa be also for 7 days?

As first depends from which African country the group is. Citizens of some states with valid travel documents are exempt from visa requirements for a stay of up to 90 days, while citizens from some other states shall require the entry visa for same stay (or transit) of up to 90 days.
