The first thing I'll do is to check if anybody else is around or saw me see it. Then I'll get to a safe point and then call the police anonymously.

Call the police department so that investigation can be carried to find out the reasons behind the cause of death of that person

I would start crying and probably wouldn't be able to scream then I would call 911 and then cry some more

theoretically you should report it to the police and not try to approach it...but realistically, i'd run so i'd not get into any hassle with the authorities
