14 days BEFORE your period. If you are not regular than it will be harder to tell when you ovulate, but if you are regular than just know that it will be 14 days prior to the period.

It is smack bang in the middle, so if your an average 24 day cycle, then 14 days after the first day of your period and 1 day either side is your time of ovulation.

u ovulate usually 14 days before ur period. so it is in the middle of ur cycle.
