Around 30 to 35 you start to pick up and keep viruses more often and longer unless you take care of yourself. You also start to wonder if the paths you have taken have taken you on the right ways, and if your choices of paths are starting to dwindle.
Then around 40, you really start to feel it physical wise, especially with your eysight. You become wussified about driving fast or doing something dangerous because you have by know realized you don't heal as fast and it hurts more when healing (Auto insurance companies know this and relate this to your premiums.)
I guess when you get around 50 to 60 unless you have been a health freak all of your life, and even then, you will really be thrown into the guilds with the warning signs of 40! Makes you also think about what your Grandpa said and you thought he was just lying to you.

I'm 19 and I feel old. It's not the age it's all in the mind. You can be 60 and still feel young.

I'm 55 and don't feel old yet. However, I have a number of older family and friends that say they first started feeling old when they faced their first serious illness related to being old, i.e., stroke, heart attack, major surgery, etc.
