I have this bad a.s.s Spy and it won't let me do any of online scanning or downloading hijackthis nor other ad-ware remover it keeps sending me to this site even thought I can't trust it .. anyone wanna help me and send me those programs to my e-mail Snoopg911@hotmail.com I am online there... please help me

Download spy remove software and scan your computer for spy wares, ad wares, etc. My personal opinion is go for “SpyBot S&D”. I’m using this software for a long time and I recommend it to anyone. You can get it from the following link.

I agree with Nishan in using Spybot. Never download from the pop-up site, u are mentionining. Try scanning in safemode(press F8 on windows start up) most anti-spywares are most effective in safe mode as the spyware might not have even loaded in safe mode,
Lavasoft's Ad-Aware SE is also good

hi,perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
