Someone has found a body of a merman ( not a mermaid) in Cebu in the Philippines. It has the features of a fish (fins on the sides of the forehead) and a tail.. it also looks scaly... but the mouth looks horrible and dangerous

...yes...i was able to see the merman's picture. I'm from Cebu.It was really horrible. It's kinda strange creature, I say. The picture was posted at one of the newspapers here in Cebu but it (the newspaper) only mentioned about the merman found in Cebu and brought there in Saudi... I really can't assess whether it's true or not.

Probably it's simply a human/fish which mutated and looks like a merman.
