Try a local writer's group - depending on the size of your city/community there might be one. You might check Yahoo Groups, Craigslist, Backpage, or similar sites.

http://www.darklines.com/ is an excellent site, although they prefer if your work fits into their genres (horror, sci-fi, and fantasy, or some appreciable bracnh thereof). I've posted a couple stories there and the reviews I've gotten have been professional and filled with constructive criticism. Very good community too.
