It can help if you take the humorous stance.
Here are my points:
1. Workers won't have to walk out for smoking breaks. Lesser lost work.
2. Lesser costs on fumigation charges.
3. Don't have to force people to retire. They'll die before that.
4. You won't have to give them raises. Everytime somebody asks for it, you can shun them by telling them to stop smoking; That'll save you loads of money.
5. Lots of revenue to the government in taxes.
6. Lots of jobs that you'll help save. In Tobacco industry, Ambulance services, Health Industry, Transportation, Advertising, Marketing. Even banks benefit from the sale of Tobacco.
See what you like, or what fits your style and paper.

For the united kingdom: there isn't any regulation governing what age you may smoke tobacco there's a regulation pointing out that you won't be able to promote tobacco to persons lower than 18 (changed into once 16 until eventually at present) there's a police skill to snatch tobacco from absolutely everyone lower than the age of 16 in public (yet this does not make it a criminal offense to posses it) - youthful persons Act So briefly there isn't any regulation putting forward you won't be able to smoke lower than 18 or 16. yet when the police discover you in public they can take tobacco from you when you're lower than 16.

That is a hard one, even though I am a smoker. I have my own landscaping business with my husband but I still won't allow myself to smoke on a job site knowing that most of our clients probably don't smoke. My husband doesn't smoke either and although he isn't a real nag, I try not to smoke right in his face.
At the same time, smoking is not illegal and smokers should be allowed to light up somewhere. I think employers would lose out on some great employees if they refused to hire smokers. You are going to have a hard time defining and proving your thesis. I would love to know where your idea came from.
