Dude.......
The movie that touched my heart was 'Kya Kehna'. The story was very good & the title song is very touching.
Even 'Swades' touched my heart.It is really an excellent film.
I liked the comedy scenes in first half of the movie "Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein.

Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein is a good movie of the films you mention but Only MOTHER INDIA of Nargis Ji's touches my heart.

None of above....Chemmeen a Malayalam film is .......no words to explain go and see the film. In Hindi I like MBMBBS in Tamil Mullum Malarum, in Telgu Sankarabharanam...

i have only seen mohabbatein, but it definitely did touch my heart. The music is incredible and the movie was pretty cool. Not to annoy you but I think Kabhi Khushi Khabhi Gham is the best movie ever made and yes i know it is not one of the three but i could'nt help myself :)
