Well, you see, they call it equal rights, but it's really special rights. If they really wanted things to be equal they'd make a big deal when a woman gets a lesser prison sentence than a man who commits a similar crime, but they don't. What they really want is to be above men.

Sometimes I hate being a woman ^^;

what do you mean special rights? All that women's lib stuff got us is MORE work! Women have adjusted to the role reversal thing.. going to work full time like men used to do but unfortunately men haven't adjusted to the house work thing. Women in relationships now have to do double the work.. We go to work full time but in most cases, still do the majority of housework also! A man does a full days work and thinks thats enough, he can now put his feet up and relax afterall, he has been out making money. A woman does a full days work, comes home and makes the dinner, gets the washing done, tidies the house etc. Don't get upset fellas, I know its not ALL of you and some of you do your share but in most cases women are working full time as well as doing all the house work on top.
I think those women before really put us in a shitty place in this respect and no way would i call it SPECIAL.
Anyway, if ever a woman receives special circumstances because of her gender, maybe she is just getting a little back from the thousands of years where her grandmothers were treated like slaves and second class citizens.
Think about it... If shakespear had a sister that was more talented than he, nobody would even know about it. She was a woman and therefore had nothing to contribute. Perhaps mozart got his god given talent from his mother? She didnt have the chance to write her symphony.
Special? Ha ha ha.. honey thats a laugh!
Remember too... Being treated like an equal doesn't mean that we have to lose our femininity! Opening doors, general polite gestures towards a woman have nothing to do with equal rights. We should be able to be considered worthwhile in all areas as well as be treated like a woman. Those things are part of the male/female differences that we should embrace. Men can treat you like an equal by listening to your point of view as a valid contribution and still open the door for you without it being a degrading gesture.. its a nice, friendly, masculine gesture. Afterall we are still different and need to be treated like a lady. That's just general manners boy.
EQUAL doesn't mean THE SAME. Can't we still be different and embrace those differences whilst all being as worthwhile as people.

we are all different...i'm old fashioned for my age: i work, my bf works yet my main priority is anticipating and filling his needs - meals, massages, whatever...we don't play games because they disrupt harmony
