I agree with the post above but damn I never knew Pirates would actually hit one billion but its clearly running out of steam so it won't. But here were my predictions, 350 domestic and 500 worldwide, man was i wrong. The move was better than the first one indefinitely.

Both films are part of a trilogy. Pirates III will probably defeat LOTR 3, while Pirates II has The Two Towers to beat ;o)
