What is the best home-made exfoliator for body and is it effective?

Olive oil and sugar. Works great for me!

Hi there,The best homemade body exfoliator that I have made and tried would have to be, a mixture of oats, almond oil, raw brown sugar granules & macadamia nut oil. You will need to add some grapeseed essential oil to it, if making in big batches to preseve it.You can also leave out the oats if you dont like the idea of it.Please do not ever use sea salt on your face or body as it is a very harsh abbrasive,ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

Oatmeal and honey.
An exfoliant is anything that removes old dead skin tissue...mostly anything with a rough texture will work, but be careful...sometimes exfoliation can leave your face reddish (like a sunburn). If that's the case, then the remedy is too harsh for your skin.

mix olive oil with juice of half lemon with sugar with salt same quantities and apply on all your boby with circle motions then leave it for 15 minutes then wash your body with warm water.
it is really great !!!
it will remove the dead skin and leave your boy smoooooth
you will surprise from the result
also you can mix almond oil with white shofan (i dont know if it is calling shofan in English ) and use it as scrub for all your body weekly or 2 times at week

I actually tried this two days ago. It left my skin feeling refreshed and smooth.
Three-quarters of a cup of baking soda and one-quarter cup of water. Mix three-quarters of a cup of banking soda with one-quarter cup of water. Gently rub on your face for three minutes, and rinse off.
