in my E-mail im recieving pictures but i want to save it .
this is what im doing
1-open new window the massage
2-waiting the picture loading
3-right click at the picture ( save picture as )
4-here my problem it gives me a different name and different size 2 small and all pictures give me the same name which is ( tn )
like the picture name is flower.jpg when i want to save it the bar of file name is writtin tn .
but i tried with my other E-Mail i dont have this problem
if the picture name flower.jpg is written flower in bar of file name.and the bar of save as type .jpg
pleaseeeeeeeee help with this problem.

The “tn” means Thumbnail. So actually what you are seeing is a small thumbnail of the original image. To get the original image, you have to click on the image and open it in a new window. Then right click and save the image once you fully load it. You’ll see the correct name is taken. (Not “tn” but “flower.jpg”)

I am having the same problem.
The pictures show in the message as attachments.
I have two different accounts. One will let me right-click on the attachment and save the picture in it's correct format and size.
The other account will only save it as a thumbnail, or "tn".
I looked at all the settings and they appear to be the same for each account.
If I forward the mail from the one account to the other, I can save the image properly.
I have been looking for an answer and so far haven't seen any explanations or resolutions.

You are saving an thumbnail (tn) not an original file. So, download and original file then save it by rt. click on the picture and then save as, it will solve your problem

when u right click and save the pic ur saving only a preview of the pic....so u better download the file or view it completely(like as big as u can) then u can right click it and save the file....
