women do not have to practice equal rights they just must no longer be inhibited
i practice my equal rights, I VOTE!
it is men that must "practice equal rights" because men were the individuals deeming women unequal

I do...but the tough part is when my head hits the glass ceiling which some corporations have installed in offices with women. All people really do have control over their own destiny, but occasionally, we encounter people who don't believe in equal rights.

Hey I don't mind staying home cooking and cleaning. I have been the first female hired at many places because of my career choices though.

I don't know any that have practiced their right to have a draft card. Only their right to special preference in the job market.
