I don't know all required questions to set up outlook express, such as : incoming mail (POP3)- outgoing mail (SMTP) - incoming mail server - and so on...

yes, you can use your yahoo email address with outlook express
just download and install YahooPOPs from http://www.ypopsemail.com
YPOPs! is an application that provides POP3 access to Yahoo! Mail. It is available on the Windows, Linux, Solaris and Mac platforms.
Yahoo! Mail disabled free access to its POP3 service on 24th April, 2002. This application emulates a POP3 server and enables popular email clients like Outlook, Netscape, Eudora, Mozilla, etc., to download email from Yahoo! accounts. We do not go against the license agreements of Yahoo! Mail. This application is completely legitimate and well within the realms of legal software.
How do we do it you ask? Well, this application is more like a gateway. It provides a POP3 server interface at one end to talk to email clients and an HTTP client (browser) interface at the other which allows it to talk to Yahoo!

When you go into Yahoo mail, on the top right the is a hyperlink to upgrade. You first need to pick a service with POP access and upgrade. Then in Outlook Express, goto Toold and the Accounts. Select add and enter the Yahoo POP and SMTP servers. They will send you a hyperlink or instructions on how to do this.

You need to upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus in order to get POP3 access.

You can only do that if you pay for an expanded Yahoo email account. There is no POP access with Yahoo's free email.
