Depending on which atmosphere layer:
Top of Exosphere is approx 600 miles
Top of Thermosphere is approx 62 miles
Top of Mesosphere is approx 50 miles
Top of Stratosphere is approx 31 miles
Top of Troposhere is approx 7 miles

More than 99% of the total atmospheric mass is concentrated in the first 40 km from Earth's surface. The upper boundary at which gases disperse into space lies at an altitude of approximately 1000 km above sea level. This upper boundary is called the exosphere and it is a transitional zone between Earth's atmosphere and interplanetary space.

There is no edge it just becomes less and less dense. All so the atmosphere has many layers.
Most people say they are in other space above 10,000 km
In miles just over 6000 miles.
