Depends, if he uses BBQ sauce or ketchup, he'll want to have the food in his hands.(have napkins available)
Forks are better used for human spahghetti, ravioli, etc...Forks are popular with boiled head, so you can pluck the eyes.
Cannibals themselves make for poor food, they are usually too stringy and tough.
