Need to know if, by law, I should be compensated for overtime hours worked in the state of Arizona; a right to work state.

yes but if you supervised more than three people the employer
can argue that you were "salary" and NOT hourly though they still required you to turn in "timesheets"

all employees in the US have rights at the federal, state and local levels but typically the FED rules overide the state/local rules if in conflict

provided you are hourly and you have worked more than 40 hours in a weekly pay period (can end any day, as long as it always ends that day) you must be compensated time and a half for the hours beyond 40.
