Who to dowanload flash files in video.google.com ?

I have flash save programs, but when I save some flash files from ( http://video.google.com) I can't open that with flash player 8 ?

you can't thats the whole point it is passed to the flash from the site so that it is not stored in the swf file nor is the direct link to the video the only way to aquire these videos would be to get a screen capture program. It just not possible without actually haking the site.
