ok..I'm 17...and I've been looking like a zombie for a couple of months due to the lack of sleep. I've taken a look at some of my old pictures when I received enough sleep...and was like - Jesus! ^_^
In other words the skin on the rest of my body is cool...except for my face due to the lack of sleep.

forgot to mention...During the day, we're usually making a lotta noise, strolling around downtown.

A few games of soccer usually follow that, with more noise.

In the evening is when I start doing a series of stretches then some free weights...etc..

Thanks,
Van

8 hours of sleep will get you well rested for the next day. Get off the computer now! I know you have to go to school tomorrow. Think about it you are asking a question about lack of sleep at almost 2 am if you are in my time zone
